Information We Collect
PitchList may collect details you submit through trial signup forms, support emails and vendor profile forms. This can include your name, business name, email, phone number, base postcode, trading radius, regions, business specialty and profile opt-in choices.
How We Use It
We use this information to provide database access, understand coverage needs, improve opportunity matching, handle support and maintain account records.
If you opt into a public vendor profile, selected business/profile details may later be shown to event organisers. Private billing information is not shown in public profiles.
Stripe Billing
Stripe handles card details, subscription billing, invoices and payment status. PitchList receives limited billing/access information such as email, customer ID, subscription ID and subscription status. PitchList does not store card numbers.
Email And Support
Emails sent to [email protected] and support messages may be stored so we can respond, track requests and avoid duplicate handling. We do not sell customer contact details.
Retention And Deletion
We keep operational records while they are useful for support, billing access, abuse prevention and service improvement. Email [email protected] if you want your submitted profile or request details corrected or removed.
